Iron Port P1 Interface

Hello Dears,
I m not able to access the Iron port P1 Interface by Http or Https neither i can ping the interface, Is it some sort of security has to be disabled on the Iron port WSA appliance to access P1 port.
I m able to access the M1 interface but not able to acces the P1 ?? Pls suggest.

Confirm that your network interface has activity lights appearing to show good network connectivity.
Confirm he P1 interface has a proper ip address and subnet mask.
If ping still fails, then try to connect a pc directly to it, and ensure they are in same sub-network, and see if you can then ping from pc to p1, or vice versa.

Take a look at the appliances config and see if you have routing back to the subnet your connecting from on the P1 interface.

Hello Dears,
It is pinging the directly connected interface but the web page is not opening even though it is directly connected, i m able to open the GUI through the management interface.
The LED's on P1 interface is 1 Amber and the other Green BUT
The LED's on P2 Interface are both green and also on the management interface both are green.
