IronPort WSA S370 Fatal Error

Hello,

We have a problem on WSA IronPort S370. the led on the front panel stays on and a message is displayed :

PCIE Fatal Error On bus 0 Device 1. Review & Clean Sel

Is there a solution to solve this problem or a RMA is necessary ?

RMA is good, raise an TAC case to replace, worth reboot and see any luck.

But suggest for RMA.

Hi,

You can perform below activity to resolve the issue:

Power down the WSA and reseat the pci-e cards and then power back up.

If you still see the fatal error after performing above step we will have to set up RMA.
