Lost management after upgrade to 8.0.6 S170 WSA

Hi All,

I just upgraded from 7.7.0-761 to 8.0.6-191.  Everything appeared to go smoothly but after the appliance rebooted I was no longer able to access the web GUI via HTTPS and was also not able to SSH to the box.  Does anyone know what may have caused this and is there a way to get this resolved remotely?  Any help would be appreciated.

I'm surprised you managed to upgrade, because for me the upgrade fails from 8.0.5  to 8.0.6, I have the following error:

Upgrade error: data/db/wbrs/factory/db/prefix_db.gz (Empty error message)

Upgrade error: ./data/third_party/sophos/libsavi/factory/xvdl08.vdb (Empty error message)

Same message on both WSA370.

I'm sorry, this won't help you, but maybe someone will have any clue...

I should also mention I can reach the WSA via ICMP and the customer says it's working okay.  They have some work stations that are manually set through their browsers to go to the WSA and some workstations that use WCCP.  WCCP doesn't seem like its working, I cleared the counters last night and don't see any hits.

ASA# sh wccp

We rebooted the WSA and now it works.   Go figure.

When we tried to upgrade the System from version 7.7 to 8.0 ocurred the follow error:

Now we can't access the appliance from GUI or CLI.

After received the new RMA appliance, i got the same problem when i tried to upgrade from 7.5 to 7.7:
