Unable to boot cisco SMA -M695F Appliance

Hello Experts ,

We are unable to boot CISCO SMA -M695F Appliance.

It is not prompting  for password , when we give username admin it is throwing error"AsyncOS Amnesiac (cuau0)"

Hi @ashish.saxena1,

Given that you are unable to login, a fact that most of troubleshooting is actually requiring you to be logged in to try to do factory defaults, and a fact that you can't download AsyncOS for clean-install, I would advise to open a TAC case, to get proper assistance.
