Hello,
I was wondering if I reboot the appliance or restart the services, wil the cache stored remain or will it be deleted?
Normally, we would say that it will be deleted, but I noticed that there is a separate partition on the disk for cache.
Any ideas??

proxy cache will remain same.

i do not have in hand, but have done many reboot different model cache stay as it it is. you can manually clear the cache
you can find some information in admin guide : (this is just for reference )

Nextroot 4GB 46%
Var 400MB 27%
Log 130GB 19%
DB 2GB 0%
Swap 8GB
Proxy Cache 50GB
