Hello Sonvane,
ok let me explain in detail.
For our local datacenter, we ordered a BE6000 with installed virtual machines including the CUCM virtual machine.
We have made all the necessary configurations for proper operation locally.
But for now we are in evaluation version.
We then acquired licenses for our local call manager. But we were informed that the registration and activation of our call manager licenses must be done from the webex portal.
But we don't know how to do it.

That’s not accurate. On-premises CUCM/CUC instances are registered to Cisco Smart Software Manager, not Webex Control Hub.

There is no activation step. Licenses are deposited in your Smart Account by Cisco per the selection made by your reseller on the order. (They also automatically expire if you do not renew your annuity subscription.) The product instances report their consumption periodically and check out the needed licenses. I suggest looking at the smart licensing training resources if you're new to this.
