Allowing others to use my meeting space

How do I allow others to enter my meetings if I am late or not in attendance?

Thanks, tried that... but beginning to think something is wrong with my WebEx... I've tried this and about 6 other solutions all used by others successfully and I can't get it to work... I appreciate the assistance, I have to go back to IT and see if they can reload my Webex, delete it and startover...

 Add an Alternate Host When You Schedule a Webex Meeting, or if share the host key other participant can Reclaim Host Role.
