Auto Dial list of customers, ask customer to select an option and save

Hi Team , 

Is it possible setup webex (admin.webex.com) for a customer, to auto dial list of users (from a csv file or query from a database), ask user to select option1(press 1) or option2(press 2) based on a query and then save selected response ?

Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Outbound Dialer capabilities are possible with Webex Contact Center through an OEM Integration with Acqueon.   You can build outbound campaigns with this integration, but it is a bolt on and not native to the platform.
