Can admin assume ownership of user Webex account

I have a user that teaches using his personal room, that he has locked, and forgot to make someone an alternate host or invite them as such. He is out of the country and cannot be reached. Is there a way, as an admin, that I can open the meeting? Maybe assume his account? I know there is a way to do it for scheduled meetings, but is there a way to get into a personal room to start the meeting? Suggestions?

Thanks

@Charicen, currently there is no way for anyone but the owner of a meeting to access a locked meeting.  Since it's still active, there is a device somewhere with that user logged into that Webex meeting.  If you can locate that device and shut it down, it will close the meeting.  I have seen other requests to give an administrator permissions to stop a meeting in Control Hub but I have not heard if it is being considered as a future feature.

Apparently, his login details are needed to get into his personal room and initiate the meeting.
