I am currently installing a new WebEx Room Kit in the video conferencing room of one of my clients, he has purchased the 10m width cable but now he noticed that it is too short.
The available cables are 15 meters, the quality is not satisfactory
We couldn't find a width cable of 15m or more sold by Cisco anywhere.
Can we use any HDMI cable instead of the one that comes from Cisco and is Cisco certified?
What differences and issues can we face?

you can use non cisco Brand cables to extend the roomkit to a display.
we have added splitters between the units and even passed 4k signal over ethernet transmitters to locations where HDMI where not feasible. some HDMI ethernet extenders have issues passing signal from the new cisco PTZ 4k cameras.

More info on HDMI cable requirements can be found in Room Kit admin guide, page 67:
From my experience, at long distances, you shouldn’t expect absolutely perfect performance since most HDMI cables start to encounter signal degradation around the 15-meter mark. In that case you can use the reccomended HDMI 1.4b Category 2 cable and/or use HDMI repeater to boost the signal.

Is this for connecting the camera with codec or to connect with display?

Since its for connecting the codec to Display You can use the cable mentioned. If the length is more, you can even make use of some active converters. Search google, you will find a lot..
