Can not reate virtual background in Webex

Hello,

I get an error, when I start webex in newest firefox-browser an want to set a virtual background.

There is a problem with the minumim system requirements. I use an i7-3770k with 16GB RAM....

Can somebody help me?

Hi,

If you are using Web App for Webex meeting and trying to set virtual background then it is not supported. Virtual background is only supported in Webex Desktop App. I would recommend you to join or start meetings in Desktop App.

Hi,

I solved the problem with a pc-upgrade only. My Intel i7-3770k CPU (3rd
generation) is not supported in the actual version of webex (since the
update in nov. 2020).
Minimum requirement now is an Intel-CPU of the 4th generation! Now it´s
running without any other changes.
