I have encountered a recurring issue where, with permission, I create WebEx meeting calendar holds 'on behalf of' my boss in her Outlook calendar. Despite confirming in Cisco Webex Scheduler that the meeting is being scheduled on her behalf, she encounters difficulties accessing the meeting when it is time. Although my role is limited to creating the meetings and I do not attend them, I often find myself having to start the meeting on her behalf. I am uncertain about what I might be doing wrong in this process and would appreciate any insights or solutions.
