How can I turn off incoming call notifications playing in the headset?
Using Jabber.
Our users are in multiple line groups and they constantly have incoming calls. Playing that notification in their ear while they are already on a call is no good and having to mute the notifications manually each time is also no good.

Thank you, this matches what I could find out, that you have to use the mobile app to change notification settings.
I'm very disappointed that our re-seller suggested this headset as a good one for a call center. So either we allow 100 employees to use their cell phones at their desks, potentially having to compensate them since we require them to have a cell phone or we have an IT Tech pair their phone with each and every headset we ever deploy to change settings.
