Cisco CVI Quality Report

Hello,

we use at our customer the CVI feature to connect Webex Video Devices to MS Teams meeting. Sometimes the Video quality is very bad and we would like to find out if this is because the cisco CVI Site has perdormance issues or maybe the microsoft site.

But we dont found anything how to get this information.

Is there a way to find those kind of Information?

Hi Daniel,

 

Control Hub - Troubleshooting section you can see only the SIP call through CVI.

MS has its troubleshooting dashboard per user and per meeting.

 

You can try to start from that and see if it helps.
