Cisco Directory Connector Full Sync Schedule

Hi Support,

I need a help regarding one issue what I have. Im not able to turn on full sync scheduler for cisco directory connector.
Have you seen this before, how can I fix it?

Here is what I see in the Cisco Directory Connector. I have enabled Sync

Have you checked under the action menu to see the status of your sync? It sounds like you have set it to disabled. If so what happen if you set it to enabled?
