Hi Team,
My client has Cisco SX20 and currently using ZOOM on the device.
But now as per the requirement, MS team integration is required.
Some can provide here step by step integration config?

For SX/MX/DX to join a MSFT Teams meeting you need a Cloud Video Interop (CVI) integration.
On Cisco, you can buy and deploy Webex video integration licenses on your webex ORG that allow SIP / H323 devices to connect to Microsoft Teams meetings: https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nffx8kj/Deploy-the-Webex-video-integration-for-Microsoft-Teams
Since the Webex video integration publishes a SIP URI for your webex ORG any device that supports SIP can join a teams meeting as long as you have enough licenses.

Not sure .

Can you please explain more? can SX 20 possible to configure through your statement ?

Hi Jitendra, you need to procure license from Cisco in order to activate MSTeams functionality via CVI Integration.
Guide as already mentioned here:

Thanks, for your update.
I have asked the customer to purchase a license.

Webex branded devices (room, desk, boards) can join microsoft teams meetings without CVI by leveraging their internal using webRTC.

I have this problem too. It doesn't appear neither the SX20 or SX10 have this function, but I am interested in hearing from others who got it to work.

As @espereir wrote in the first response youāll need to use Cloud Video Interop (CVI) integration for these type of devices to join a MS Teams meeting as they do not support WebRTC. This will enable SIP uri dialing to the Teams meeting, something that MS does not normally support. Hence the name Cloud Video Interop.

Thanks !!,
will check and update how it's possible with the MS team and CVI

The SX20 and SX10 do not have the capability to join using WebRTC. If you want to do this you will have to have a Webex branded device as espereir stated above.
Hope this helps
