So I am in the process of trying to renew the SSL certificate for the CWMS and I am using the .pem format to do so. When I try to import the certificate it takea a good bit, but when it completes it shows the old certificate instead of the new one. I went ahead and did the restart anyway and when it came back up, it still had the old certificate installed and not the new one. Has anyone else experienced this before? We are using version 2.8.1.2039.B-AE. When I try to import as a .pfx I get the certificate does not form a valid chain message. .pem format seems to be the only way I can at least attempt to upload. Please, any information you have but I have looked all over
and can find no solid documentation on this issue. We are also not using the SSO.
