Dear Team,

Kindly I would like to know how I can register Cisco Webex Desk Pro with Webex. I mean to say how this end point can join a webex meeting. There is a "Join Webex" icon on the screen but I not sure how webex will work on this machine. What could be the possible scenarios to bring this end point into working condition.

Appreciate your support.

Regards,

Malik

You can register  this device on CUCM, expressway or webex cloud.

Add the device using control hub, if you have device registration license. For details regarding how to register desk pro on webex, refer below link. To register desk pro  on webex or  to join a webex meeting from desk pro,  internet reachability  is mandatory.

Go through the desk pro user  guide for how to use it.

Dear Nithin,

Thanks a lot for your response. Actually the Cisco Webex Desk Pro device is registered with CUCM. Now I want to enable webex meeting on this end point. Please let me know how I can do that. Should I have a Webex On Premises solution or it should be on the cloud. Appreciate your usual support in this scenario.

Regards,

Malik

You can use Webex Edge for Devices.

Webex Edge for Devices enables you to keep your devices on-premises registered while getting access to cloud-only features. You also get access to Webex Control Hub to monitor and administer your devices.
