Installed the Room 55 Dual last week and have noticed that although on the GUI its set to speed auto and same on the access layer port (C9300), interfaces are negotiating only using 100MB. Port and data sheet indicate it should be able to use full 1000MB. Hard code on both ends, speed 1000 on switch and 1000full on Room Kit GUI, and connectivity drops between the two. Move back to speed auto on switch and same on Room Kit and connectivity resumes. How can we set the Room Kit to use 1000MB on the port? Thank you.
