Cisco Webex Room Kit Configuration Issue - Not Authorized to Login

Hello Cisco Community,
I'm facing an issue with my recently purchased Cisco Webex Room Kit. I've been trying to configure it using the Webex Control Hub, but I'm unable to log in. When I enter my credentials, I receive an error message stating that I'm not authorized to access the account.
I've tried resetting the Room Kit multiple times, but the same problem persists. I'm not sure what's causing this issue.
I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps that could help resolve this problem.

If you’re unable to access the control hub with an unauthorized access message warning , it might be related to your current privileges. Please reach out to the admin and request access.
