The planet is in panic because of "the virus". Millions of employees are forced to do homework; perhaps for the first time in their life. There are for sure lots of companies out there which have no experience with tele-presence etc.
That is THE opportunity to push the "Webex"-brand - especially in Europe.
But what did Cisco do?
OK, they polished the free Version of Webex and put the Topic on top of the WebPage - not on .com but on .de, .fr, .es etc.
(BTW: www.cisco.it (Italy) does redirect to http://www.jurupacapital.com/ Did you forget to pay for the domain, or what?!?)
so far, so good.
BUT: as soon as the potential customer clicks on "mehr erfahren" (german: tell me more) or "en savoir plus" (french) etc.
the User is redirected to www.webex.com. again: ok.
But why for god´s sake are you incapable to automatically switch to the correct language?!?!
(well, the "Consent Manager" is shown in the correct language, great!)
Why is the language-selector at the BOTTOM of the page?!?!?!?
What´s wrong with you, Cisco?
Trying hard to fail or what?
Fritz
(as you might have noticed: I am really disappointed...)

Hi Fritz,
Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your feedback as we work to help our communities during this uncertain time. We have reached out to our Webex.com team to improve the experience with the language options.
I found this German language page for the Webex trials. I hope it's helpful.
Please let us know how we can help further.

????
Yesterday I wrote a reply, thanking Denise for her answer, explaining the type of my suggestions and feedback
and asking for the correct way how/to whom I may send this at Cisco.
This posting disappeared... strange.
Update (18.03.2020): also strange: now the posting I mentioned above is visible again. Thanks.

Hi Denise,
Thanks for your reply and patience with my emotional posting.
Since I am an "IT-Guy" its not a big issue for me to read content in another language.
But what about the "average Joe" (in Germany? Spain? Italy?...)
(perhaps you have noticed that there are lots of new videos on YouTube posted every day explaining how to get and use Webex.. = the audience/potential new customers are out there!)
I think Webex is the superior product. Therefore I want to support Cisco.
I know: an international multi-billion-Enterprise like yours does not really need my suggestions and feedback.
But on the other hand: why is it, that simple stuff like proper translation of (End-User-) applications fails?
or: Why no language-detection(?) on your Web-Sites?
microsoft.com - automatically send me to https://www.microsoft.com/de-at/ (german-Austria)
zoom.com - automatically send me to https://zoom.us/ (showing german content)
slack.com -> https://slack.com/intl/de-at/?eu_nc=1 (german content)
gotomeeting.com -> https://www.gotomeeting.com/de-at (german content)
but cisco.com and webex.com only show the US-Content...
I know: your job is to manage this community and not to deal with such questions and feedback like mine.
therefore: can you please advise me to whom I may address my observations, feedback and suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
kind regards
Fritz
