Create different Chat/Presence Group on the same Webex Tenant

Hello,

I want to know if it's possible to create 2 groups of people on the same Webex Tenant, with this possibilities:

- Group A users wants to be able to see in contacts all Group A users, and can only chat and see the presence with Group A users

- Group B users wants to be able to see in contacts all Group B users, and can only chat and see the presence with Group B users

Is it possible to do that, can I have your advice ?

You can block internal communications between groups with the extended security pack add-on. I can’t find documentation on whether this also blocks the presence state though. I’d ask your Cisco Collab PSS to confirm that point before ordering.

as @dtibbe pointed out, this is not possible with on-board means. While having two distinct Webex orgs is a valid option, you might want to take a look at the following partner integration:

I haven't tested it myself, but it me a possibility to achieve the customer's goal.

The presence state is available to all users within your organization. There is no limitation, ie. you'd have to have two orgs if you want to hide their availability from each other.
