CVI License query

Hello Guys,

I have CVI Licenses which was provisioned in our Webex site and its working fine.

My query is:

1. How to check number of quantity of cvi licenses on control hub.

2. How to check for which user its enabled 

3. Where we can check on admin portal of Microsoft .

I can only help you with the first one:

1. How to check number of quantity of cvi licenses on control hub.

          Go to Management -> Account on the left side.  Click on "Subscriptions" in the upper right of the Account page. CVI should show as a separate Subscription.

As to your other questions, I am not a MS/Teams admin so someone with more knowledge of that will have to jump in.

There is a good guide for using PowerShell commands to identify who has the CVI turned on: Verifying Users Enabled for CVI : Jeff Schertz's Blog.  Their example uses Polycom but you could easily switch provider info.

I cant see in Subscriptions page . Can you share screenshot for my reference .

This is what mine looks like, if yours does not show up with your other Subscriptions you may need to ask your partner who added it to your site why.
