Hello All,
I'am working with a client who has a DECT-210 Base station that we have upgraded to the MPP 5.0.1 firmware. However the base station still shows "Status Unavailable" in Control Hub. There is no indication if it is trying to register. There is very little documentation I can find on how to configure it to connect to Control Hub. Should it just try to register? Anyone else gone through this process? Thank You!

I have the same problem, the base station always shows "Status not available" in Control Hub. it is registered and operational !
Yes, try to register it and wait for Cisco to fix this bug

Hi,
Yep, this is correct even if definitely maybe misleading. Instead you will see the status of headsets that would be registered to DECT network.
