Download/Listen to Announcement Files in Webex Control Hub

Is there a way to download or listen to Announcement Files already in place within the Webex Control Hub? I see where I can manage my Announcement Files (Calling, Features, Announcement Files > Manage). Here I can upload or record new ones, but I can't seem to download or listen to files already uploaded. Is this possible within the Control Hub? Thank you

Unfortunately, currently there is not. Also there is no way via API.

I've heard multiple users requesting such a feature so you may search aha and upvote the request. IMHO it is a very desirable feature, too.
