For those of you who have enabled SSO...

What is the end-user experience when using SSO with Webex? Is the login automatic, using the currently logged-in user account, or does the end user still have the option of entering credentials that may be different from the logged-in user?

The background for my question is that we have an AV team that performs meeting setups in our conference rooms. They need to authenticate into Webex with an "AV Setup" account that is different than the user logged into the computer in the conference room.

Hi,

Have you tried the following https://help.webex.com/en-us/nub7z8c/Allow-Another-Host-to-Schedule-Meetings-or-Training-Sessions-on-Your-Behalf

https://help.webex.com/en-us/nmk7hvv/Schedule-a-Cisco-Webex-Meeting-on-Behalf-of-Another-Host#id_103944

For related help articles on assigning a delegate please explore help.webex.com e.g. https://help.webex.com/en-us/nkyeiue/Allow-Someone-to-Schedule-Webex-Meetings-on-Your-Behalf-in-Microsoft-Outlook

With this you do not have to login to another user account, but still schedule on behalf of another host.

Once you are logged in then the browser will pick up your credentials and log you into the Webex site.

If you use a different browser or a private/incognito window then it should allow to you login as a different account.

From your description it looks like you are using a "shared" account (AV Setup) for rooms - just be aware that under the licence terms Webex accounts should be assigned to specific individuals and not general/shared accounts or physical rooms. #justsayin
