Furlough users webex account was activated but user is unable access or cancel meetings previously created.

Furloughed user cannot access/change/cancel meetings that were previously created.We had to add her to the app_Spark group to get her account active.User can set up new meetings as needed, but user does not have permission to cancel prior recurring meetings?

You can fix the issue by asking the user to go to - https://companyname.webex.com/webappng/sites/companyname/meeting/home and delete their meetings from there.
