Dear Team,
When a customer schedules a meeting, attendees and host are getting the invite from messenger@webex.com.
Instead of this customer is required to get his ID as the FROM address.
Can anyone suggest where we need to modify the config?

That is the address if the invitation gets sent out by Webex. AFAIK, there is no way to change it.
But you may use a hybrid calendar integration and schedule meetings from within your calendar app (Outlook) or the Webex app. As the account is linked, those mails will be sent from the user's account instead of from the Webex Cloud.
