How to remove ability for Presenters to "Give control" to participants

Question came up about removing the ability for the presenter to not give control to any participant at all. We would like to just have presenters present. Is there a way to disable this feature from the Cisco admin center?

Once your meeting is started, navigate to Participant > Assign Privileges and then go to the  Participants tab  and you'll see the ability to disable control of shared applications, browser and computer.
