I am having problems Calling in Webex Teams (Unified CM)

Hi team !

 

I am using IOS and Android phones, the problem is that when the phone screen becomes osiosa, I lose the registration of my extension in CUCM.


Has anyone ever experienced this?

What is "osiosa"? From the sound of your problem description, however vague it may be, I would venture on a guess that you do not have push notification properly setup in your system landscape.

One note of correction, there is nothing named Webex Teams any longer and has not been so for many months. It is named Webex, and nothing else.

Hi,

What is you CUCM version.

 

I think if you are using anything than 12.5 SU4, you will be experiencing this issue.
