I have a problem trying to match Webex Meetings with MS Teams

Hi there, thanks for reading my case.

I'm trying to join a Webex meeting with Microsoft Teams, and if possible, viceversa. I've already followed the proccess from this article:

Cisco Webex Meetings Integration with Microsoft Teams

But when I set the site for Webex, I get this blank screen in the Webex tab:

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thanks for your reply. I followed the steps from the article you shared me, but I'm still having the same problem. I've tried with a personal free account and a business account from my job. Here is the site configuration for the personal one.

This is the personal room from the web browser.

Am I setting it wrong?
