Hi Community,

I have one question regarding the CCUC.

Is it possible to integrate CCUC to two different Orgs? Like one OnPrem Solution is working for two Webex Orgs.

I havnt found any answer about that.

No it is not possible. You create an agent COP file in Control Hub and then install it on the system that you want to connect with CCUC. If you do that with files created in two different orgs it would only connect with the last one you installed.
