Is there a webex space for webex support? If not, looking for help

Hi, I guess I have a nested question... I looked on Webex for a Space that we could ask support questions to - is there such a thing? (I wasn't able to see it in the search).  

If there is, I'll post my question there too.  

However, since I'm this far in, I thought I'd ask this question: I just started a (Cisco) Public space and I've been sharing this link for people who may want to join: webexteams://im?space=c3fe4dd0-0033-11ef-8652-2bd9e19fa60a

I'm generating this from Webex, but some people are saying it isn't working.  

I don't understand why it wouldn't work if it's a public space.  For what it's worth, my version of Webex is: 44.4.0.29298.

For public spaces in WebEx depends on the configuration your organization settings by administrator.
