Legacy version going away. Switch has issue

At the top of the WebEx site, I get the message, "This legacy version of WebEx is going away at the end of November. Switch now to experience the improved WebEx - send massages, share files, make calls and collaborate with your team.

 

Going to the new system many of the current feature are missing (e.g. recordings, insights) and the  "schedule a meeting" does not work. I get a message "Cisco WebEx had a problem processing your request. Contact support or your administrator and provide the following error tracking ID:"  I am the administrator on this account! 

 

Is this "improved" site not finished; and this is just a demo? Are there going to be instructions? I used the "help" and it only provides legacy data.

I'm glad you posted this as I'm having the same issue and kept forgetting to look into it!
