Modifying Users in Webex Control Hub

Hi,

 

Our customer has a WebEx control hub implemented with Cisco Directory connector installed and synced. There are 2000+ users existed in the system and no one is assigned with any services (WebEx Team, Meeting or calling). An auto-assignment template has been already created with no services enabled. Now, Customer is asking to modify all users and assign WebEx team and meeting services. As far as it is concerned with the template, it is meant to be used only for new users so the only way is to export the users in csv file format, modify the required services and import it again. My questions are:

 

1- Do we need to stop the directory sync and turn it off before importing the users?

2-Is the import process will over ride the existing users with the changed service or will make a double record for users?

3-Are users will receive a notification email after the import process?

 

Please advise.
