Possibility to control New Webex features on Desktops Only

Question ; how is it Possibile to control New Webex feaures installtaions  on Desktops that are on permises and allowing 

all the feaures ( controll , messaging  ,meeings ) for Mobile users , as the controls will be form CH.

What are the installltion patterns on desktops  for disabling or swithing off the messaging i.e chat ,file sharing , space..etc

These different workloads are defined by the assigned licenses, they're not defined from within the app itself.

If you disable the basic messaging license in CH for the user, no messaging tab will be present (may take a few hours and requires a new login, IIRC). Same for basic meeting and Calls on Webex (1:1 non PSTN Calls).

You cannot disable a workload for the same user on device A but have it present on device B.
