I have just discovered/noticed the Last Email Status item on User details for the first time, and the subsequent Email Suppression List which explains a whole host of Webex email issues we have been having.
What would be useful is any easy way to see, find or be notified that there are users in your organisation in this status. If some of these already exist then any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated, however some ideas of what would be useful include;
- a flag on the Overview page when number of users on the Suppression List is >0
- notifications to an admin when users are placed on the Suppression List
- a report listing all users in your org on the Suppression List (to stop you having to go through checking each user individually)
