Prevent Webex Meetings features when VDI Agent Missing

We are experiencing an issue when users launch Webex Meetings (v40) inside Citrix and they have a Mac or some other endpoint that doesn't have an agent installed and the CPU utilization is off the charts on the server causing heartache for me and the users on the Citrix server.

Zoom has a great feature where you can limit functionality to voice only for example if the endpoint is missing the agent. Does Webex have this functionality and if so, where can I find the documentation on how to set it up?

Thanks!

Definitely using the plugins is important for offloading and for the best experience for the end user.  We had to configure our environment for the the best optimization settings possible with fallback of the HDX settings to get around this.  If the optimization state could be achieved, the plugins were used.  If the plugin was not detected, fallback settings were used and server CPU utilization came back under control.  Citrix docs are available now and the most recent versions including of the Citrix LTSR and CR for Apps and Desktops also have many of these settings on by default.  You can utilize BCR, but note that if you enable BCR for a given application, you can't switch to the native client in the same session.
