Problem in Lan connectivity

Hi,

 

Problem in webex kit !!!!!!!!!!

 

Having problem  in webex calling .  Customer is having problem when trying to connect through lan , while connecting to Wifi services are working properly. I am hereby attaching snaps for your reference Kindly help to isolate the issue .

A quick test from the lan you can try is from any computer on the same network - go to https://mediatest.webex.com and it will parse through all services to see what failed or succeeded.

Need More information :

 

how is your network environment ? and you need to check below components :

 

1. do you have proxy in the enviroment : - so check is there any deny logs ?

2. Do you have Firewall  - so check it was allowed ACL for the webex IP address range allowed list.

 

When you mentioned Wifi working  ? is this same place or Public wifi ?
