Re-enable Wbx_Wbx_AudioVideoStatisticsData.csv file

Hello Team

 

As it's known for the recent WebEx desktop versions the support for media quality file Wbx_AudioVideoStatisticsData.csv was removed.

I'd like to ask Cisco to consider bringing it back. This would greatly help the relevant IT personnel to quickly verify what is all about the Video/Audio quality of WebEx calls?

Hi,

 

I see that for the same application version, the logs are created on some environments but not on others- meaning that the client application is able to generate the file - but we can't configure it to do so.

 

It would be enough to have a flag to enable this from the device (registry key, etc.) or from account management.

Please note that there's currently no other way to access this data programmatically (it's only available via UI).
