Hello, community,
I need to register some endpoints like Cisco Spark Room Kit, Plus, and some SX10, SX20 to Webex Control Hub. They are currently registered to CUCM. ¿Does anyone know the procedure for doing so?

I didn't see any mention of official documentation above, so just wanted to plug the following links as they're related to what the OP is asking about:
Device Connector main doc (contains link to all the workflows you can use the tool for):

Hybrid Call for Devices:

The easiest way is to use the Cisco Webex Device Connector, you can download it from https://admin.webex.com: go to Devices and select Resources to find a link to the Device Connector tool.
Once you install it, you will have the option to either migrate your on-prem endpoints to cloud or make them cloud-aware.
In both case you need to create an AXL user on the Call Manager in order to read the configuration of on-prem devices.
That's all very easy, just simple wizards.

What specifically is it that you want to do with the devices? Do you want to get them registered as native cloud devices or do you want to get the on-prem devices to become cloud aware?

Hi Roger,
I want to register them as native cloud devices. I am not sure if upgrading the devices to CE software and deleting them from CUCM is sufficient to continue with the normal process for registering a device in WCH.

You can even think of hybrid registration, cloud aware option.
Have a look one below link.
