Samsung Flipchart integration

Hello everyone,
I am testing the Samsung flipchart bumdle with the mini kit room but I came across a problem.
the layout I have on the screen is the same as the waebex board, I have an icon to change to the samsung layout but it doesn't work.
has anyone tested? does anyone have any type of perssolnalization implemented?

When you say the Samsung layout, do you mean the Flip Button? This should bring up the native / webapp for the Flip chart app.
The image you have is all I have ever interacted with and unfortunately on at events and demos. With it being such a new integration / offering, your best option would be to contact TAC for assistance.
