stop "Locked Out Account Notice" email notifications

Hello,

we are receiving a lot of email with a "Locked Out Account Notice" object, how can we disable them from nameofthecustomer.webex.com? We need to do that only on our email and not on the other administrators email

There should be an option under the user's account to either unlock them or remove the account.
