User is having an issue with their webcam on Webex Meetings and Webex Teams where the audio is delayed from the video. This only happens when using the external webcam but it doesn't happen when using MS Teams. I've checked the computer resources and that doesn't seem to be an issue. They are also not running virtual background on either platform.
Any Ideas on what could be causing the problem only on the Webex Platform?
