Video Issues When Screensharing in Webex Meetings

When I am sharing my screen, specifically a PowerPoint which I have included videos in, the participants in the meeting often cannot hear the audio associated with the video I am playing. How can I fix this?

Did you select "Optimize for motion and video" and the "Share your computer audio" checkbox?
