Warning Webex Monitoring Service Agent Installation driver audio

Hi all,

I have a problem installing the Monitornig webex agent.
On vmware 6.7 I created a vm with windows server 2016, I met all the requirements indicated by cisco ... the problem is that the agent does not find an audio driver. In the virtual machine I have enabled the audio and in fact I hear the sounds from remote desktop ...I also edited the vmx file by entering:

sound.present = “true”
sound.allowGuestConnectionControl = “false”
sound.virtualDev = “hdaudio”
sound.fileName = “-1”

sound.autodetect = “true”

can anyone help me?

Reference this document - The critical part "If you're signing in remotely to install the Webex Monitoring Service software on a virtual machine, make sure to set the sound setting to output through the virtual machine. For example, if you're using Microsoft Remote Desktop, set the Play sound setting to On the remote PC in the Devices & Audio tab."
