Configuration guide to set up your Edge Audio solution. You will need access to Webex Site Administration, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Expressway-C configuration, and Expressway-E configuration

This is the same document I mentioned in my post, the challenge I am facing is the first step itself dont exist in Site Admin page, or in control hub. I already shared the screenshot. Does this require any additional license along with webex cloud meeting license ?
Step1
Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Edge Audio Settings.
