Would it be possible for a host to extract real-time statistics from an ongoing Webex meeting? In my agency we are confronted with the problem that for meetings with over 100 people we must count manually some attendees, part of a workgroup, from the entire list of attendees. This is needed to determine if the majority of the workgroup was present so that the decision taken on a topic is valid/adopted. I know that there is a voting system, but this is not preferred by attendees.
As such, defining this workgroup of interest in Webex (based on emails for example) and then running real-time reports on attendance should be possible for hosts (not admins as we cannot make admins all secretariats in our agency). Or just simply allowing reporting of all attendees an any given moment during a meeting could help. We can develop other workflows based on these reports.
