WebEx on-prem version 4.0.1.2160.D-AE
We're trying to move our WebEx backups off of NFS and over to secure storage. We've been able to do it but we are having a problem with our recordings while using the secure storage method. When we record a WebEx meeting when secure storage is the configured backup, we hear no audio in the recording (volume slider grayed out). The meeting recordings themselves are there and are working fine -- but there is no audio in the recordings. if we revert back to NFS, the recordings contain audio once again.
