Webex Teams- How do you remove terminated members?

We have terminated employees in Team and inactivated them in the admin portal. They still appear when you do a name search. Is there a way to remove them so they can't be selected?

Users are marked inactive after they are de-synced from AD, whether manually or directory connector. There is a 7 day period before the account is removed entirely from Control Hub. This is more of a safe net against accidental deletions.

So once member is marked as disabled in AD the directory connector should be removing them from the Control Hub? We shouldn't be manually removing them from Control Hub? Sorry just trying to understand the process to ensure we are doing this correctly. Thanks.

Once the directory connector in effect disables the account because its no longer in AD, it will then show inactive in Control Hub. Then after a 7 day period, the account will be cleared from control hub.

Remove them from AD and see if that makes any difference.

Terminated member is in the disabled ou in AD. But still shows as a selection when I am in Webex Teams. So if I delete them from AD instead of in the terminated OU it should work?
